Services

VIPEX carries parcels between its offices in Ghana and delivers to homes, with tracking from the moment a parcel is registered.

What we do

  • Office-to-office parcel delivery

    Parcels travel between VIPEX offices and are collected by the receiver at the destination office.

  • Home delivery

    Prefer not to come to the office? VIPEX can deliver the parcel to the receiver's home. Ask your branch about the areas covered and the charge.

  • Online tracking

    Every parcel has a tracking code. Check its status at any time on this website, or scan the QR code on the receipt.

  • Receiver pays

    Where agreed at the sending office, part of the charge can be paid by the receiver when the parcel is collected or delivered. The tracking page shows any amount the receiver has to pay.

  • Receiver notifications

    The receiver gets a call or an SMS from VIPEX when the parcel has arrived.

How it works

    Drop off at a VIPEX office

    Bring your parcel to any VIPEX office with the receiver's name and phone number. Staff will tell you the rate for your parcel.

  2. 2

    Get your Sending Receipt

    You receive a receipt with a tracking code and a QR code. Share the code with the receiver so they can follow the parcel online.

  3. 3

    Collected or delivered home

    We call or text the receiver when the parcel reaches the destination office. They collect it there, or we deliver it to their home.

Rates

Rates depend on the parcel and the route, and are not published online. Call your nearest branch and staff will tell you the rate.
