Find the branch handling your parcel and ask whether home delivery is available at your address.
Confirm the details
Agree the delivery area, charge and arrangements with the branch. Do not assume coverage or a delivery time until staff have confirmed it.
Keep your tracking code handy
Use the code on the Sending Receipt when speaking with staff and check the parcel's status online.
Receive your parcel
Follow the arrangements agreed with the destination branch. Any amount shown as Receiver to pay is paid to VIPEX on collection or delivery.
Locations and arrangements
Home delivery areas and charges are confirmed by the destination branch. A city appearing in our branch directory does not mean every address in that city is covered.
