A Ghanaian business executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in executive leadership, operations, financial management and business development, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast.

Justice Kwaku Boampong is a seasoned Ghanaian business executive, entrepreneur, and management professional with more than two decades of experience spanning executive leadership, business operations, financial management, accounting consultancy, commercial trading, business development, and organizational strategy.
As the Managing Director of VIPex Company Limited, Justice Boampong provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the company, driving operational excellence, business development, organizational growth, and long-term sustainability. Since assuming the role in 2014, he has led the company with a strong focus on effective resource management, operational efficiency, accountability, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
His leadership approach combines strategic thinking with practical business execution. He is experienced in building effective teams, strengthening operational systems, managing business resources, developing commercial opportunities, and creating structures that support sustainable organizational growth. His ability to navigate complex business environments and bring together people, processes, and resources has been central to his leadership career.
Justice Boampong holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Cape Coast and a Certificate from the Institute of Certified Business Analyst and Consultants. He brings to executive leadership a strong foundation in financial management, business analysis, commercial operations, governance, and organizational administration.
He is recognized for his sound judgment, strategic perspective, financial acumen, strong communication, relationship-building ability, and commitment to accountability and continuous improvement. His professional experience across multiple sectors has equipped him with a versatile leadership perspective and the ability to manage diverse business interests while maintaining a clear focus on performance and sustainable growth.
At VIPex, Justice Kwaku Boampong continues to provide the leadership and strategic direction necessary to strengthen the company's operations, develop its people, deepen stakeholder relationships, and position the organization for continued growth and long-term value creation.
