Stay safe from fraud
Fraudsters sometimes send people a made-up tracking code or link as “proof” that a parcel is on its way, then ask for money. Here is how to check.
1. Check the code on this website
Every parcel registered at a VIPEX office has a tracking code, and every genuine code shows up here. If this website says the code is not valid, no VIPEX office has a parcel under that code.
2. Do not pay for a parcel that does not show up
- Do not send money or pay any fee for a parcel that does not appear on this website.
- If a genuine parcel has something to pay, the tracking page shows the amount under “Receiver to pay”.
- Only use the tracking page on vipexparcel.com. Be careful with links to other websites that claim to track VIPEX parcels.
3. If you are not sure, call us first
Call the nearest VIPEX office, or the complaints line on 027 501 9133, and ask staff to confirm the parcel before you pay anyone.
